46° is committed to ensuring that your privacy is always protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. This policy is effective from May 2018.

What Information We May Collect

In order to process your booking or enquiry, and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we may need to use the information you provide such as:

  • name & title

  • contact information (including telephone number and email address)

  • demographic information (including date of birth, address, preferences, dietary requirements or any special requests)


Under the GDPR 2018, we take full responsibility for ensuring the proper security measures are in place to protect your information along with providing any access request in a timely manner. In order to fulfill bookings, we must pass the information (as detailed above) on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements (eg, hotels). The information may also be provided to public authorities if required by them, or as required by law.

Additionally, outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection may not be as stringent as in the EEA. We will only pass any information that is strictly relevant to your holiday to the suppliers concerned with your holiday. This applies to any sensitive information you may give us (dietary needs, disabilities etc.). If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, we cannot provide your booking. In making a booking, you consent to this information being passed to the relevant persons.

46° will never sell personal information. Associated companies are obliged by us to respect confidentiality. We will not use your information, or information provided by you concerning others in your party, for any purpose other than carrying out your booking, offer assistance during the tour, responding to feedback, queries and complaints that you submit by email or phone.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitor's browser, usually used to keep track of their movements and actions on a site.


The 46° website uses cookies to store information in the form of a session identification that does not personally identify the user and cookies to collect identifying information about the user, such as Web surfing behavior or user preferences for a specific site.

The cookies tracked do not contain any information that could be used by others to identify you personally nor do they contain any confidential details such as your email address.

Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that this website and its owners participate on are subject to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively. We encourage our customers wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact us through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.

This website may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly to a social media platform. Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account.

When talking about our company or brand via social media we kindly ask for a certain level of sound judgement and politeness. We reserve the right to report and/or remove malicious or factually incorrect material regarding our company or brands.

Controlling your personal information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
